1. Acceptance

By using AgentMem ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

AgentMem provides key-value data storage via API. We store what you send us. We don't look at it unless required by law or to investigate abuse.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You own your data and are responsible for it
• Don't store illegal content
• Don't abuse the service (rate limits, ToS violations)
• Keep your API key secret
• Comply with our Content Policy

4. Our Rights

• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We can remove content at our discretion
• We can modify pricing with 30 days notice
• We can modify the service at any time

5. Payments

Billing is handled by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and usage overages. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Data & Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. TL;DR: We store your data, don't sell it, and only access it when legally required or to investigate abuse.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, though we try our best. We're not liable for data loss — keep your own backups.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
